Enjoying... Dinner on Friday evening with these two cuties! My son was at a sleepover, so we decided to go on a last minute dinner date! It is rare that we get time with just Miss Amelia, so we had a great evening laughing together! Much needed laughs after a long week at work last week!

Organizing... our Parents Club Touch a Truck event on Saturday. Over twenty trucks & equipment of all shapes and sizes showed up for children to climb on and check out! Everyone had a great time, so I am calling it a success!



Smiling...My sweet baby girl smiled big as she handed out programs with her grandma at my hometown pageant. She was such a big girl & enjoyed a late evening out with grandma & the princesses! She had her picture taken with all the princesses and even the queen! She loved every minute and was such a big girl! My baby girl is growing up so fast. Can time please slow down?


Celebrating... Sunday, we celebrated my son's 7th golden birthday a week early with a pirate themed party! He was in his glory acting the part. Stop by later this week for more  highlights of the BIG birthday party!

The cake was delicious & absolutely beautiful! My friend's sister is very talented & we are lucky that she makes us such gorgeous cakes!


Breathtaking... views of the lake & the dam in our community! Sunday, after the big birthday party I went for a 2 hour hike with a friend. It was an awesome workout & a fun adventure! On our hike, we talked about how lucky we are to have such a gorgeous park near us to explore & enjoy!


Feeling...Sleepy! We went non stop this weekend between errands, Touch a Truck, a friend birthday party for my son Saturday afternoon, a family birthday party on Sunday & hiking on Sunday evening. I am one tired momma!
